Tea lovers have been eagerly anticipating spring and the first harvest of fresh tea. Darjeeling Lot Balasun is a unique offering that delights with its bouquet of aromas and flavors.
During harvesting, special attention is paid to the leaves so that they are not damaged. Only the first two leaves that envelop the bud are harvested. Darjeeling Lotic is a proposal of selected black tea, which in appearance resembles green tea because of the color of the leaves.
Our suggestion of Darjeeling Aerial Balasun is a tea that comes from one of the most famous gardens established in 1871 near the Balasun River in the Kurseong city area. The plantations span as much as 181 hectares and are located between 365 and 1375 meters above sea level.
The flavor notes include a mildly spicy nutmeg aftertaste. The bouquet of aromas is dominated by fresh flowers. The leaves delight with their fresh color. After brewing, they unfold, showing their entire shape.
The infusion has a beautiful amber color.
