Regulations of the loyalty program "Tea leaf".

1) Program - loyalty program organized on the territory of the Republic of Poland and addressed to customers of the chain of "Czas na Têbatê" company stores owned by PROGRESSIVE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ based in Wrocław.
2. Organizer - PROGRESSIVE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with headquarters in Wrocław (52-008), 5 Sosnowiecka Street, KRS 0001080458, REGON 527610437, NIP 8992984184.
3) Salon - a salon covered by the Program, located on the territory of the Republic of Poland, belonging to the sales network under the brand "Czas na Herbatę", owned by PROGRESSIVE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Wrocław or a franchise salon belonging to the Czas na Herbatę network. Any Czas na Herbatê salon may be excluded from the Program or included in the Program by the Organizer at any time during the Program. The list of Czas na Têbatê company and franchise salons participating in the Promotion is attached as Appendix 1 to these Regulations.
4. Website - the Organizer's website available at www.czasnaherbate.net.
5. online store - the Organizer's online sales platform, available at czasnaherbate.net.
6. Participant - a customer of the Lounge meeting the requirements of the Regulations, being a consumer within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Act of April 23, 1964 Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1025).
7. program card - a paper card, which allows the use of the Program, received by the Participant as part of the "Tea Leaf" loyalty program conducted by the Organizer. The Program Card entitles the Participant to participate in the Program up to and including the Card's expiration date. The expiration date of the card is placed on the Program Card issued to the Participant.
8. Leaves - loyalty points awarded to the Participant for purchasing certain products covered by the Program in Czas na Teara Stores.
9. Discount Code - a code placed on the Participant's Card that allows the Participant to take advantage of a discount in the Online Store.
10. Regulations - these Regulations of the Loyalty Program "Tea Leaf".

(1) The Program is conducted on the basis of the Regulations defining rights and obligations of the Participant and the Organizer.
(2) The Program is conducted in order to promote and market the activity of the Organizer.
(3) The Program starts on May 10, 2024 and is valid until 31.12.2024 or until the stocks of the products covered by the promotion are exhausted.
(4) The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time, without giving any reason, subject to informing Participants at least one month in advance. This information will be announced via the Website and announcements in the Stores participating in the Program, specifying the exact date of termination of the Program.
(5) The Program cannot be combined with other promotions or programs conducted by the Organizer, except for programs whose regulations state that they can be combined with the Program.

Participation in the Program is voluntary. In order to participate in the Program it is necessary to make a purchase in the Czas na Teara Salon.
(2) The Participant, at the time of joining the Program, accepts the conditions set forth in the Regulations. Participants may join the Program at any time during its duration.
(3) Participants may be natural persons with full legal capacity.
4. the Participant takes part in the Program personally. The Participant is excluded from acting through a representative. The Participant is not entitled to transfer rights and obligations related to participation in the Program to a third party.
(5) Participants of the Program may not be employees of the Organizer.
6. the Participant of the Program should act in accordance with the applicable laws, as well as in accordance with the rules of social coexistence and good morals. The Organizer has the right to exclude the Participant from the Program in case the Participant does not meet the requirements for participation, violates the rules of the Program, commits actions prohibited by law or other actions against the Organizer or another Participant.
(7) If the Organizer suspects that a Participant is violating the rules of the Program, the Organizer reserves the right to initiate an investigation and temporarily block the Program Card for a given Participant. This process may result in either removal of the Participant from the Program if the investigation confirms a violation of the rules, or discontinuation of the case if no violations are found. If the Participant is removed from the Program, the Organizer may deny the Participant the benefits of the Program to which he/she is entitled. If the investigation finds no violations, the Organizer will issue a termination decision. The Participant has the right to appeal the decision of the Organizer in accordance with the complaint procedure specified in § 7 of the Regulations.
(8) The Participant ceases to participate in the Program upon the Participant's written resignation, the Organizer's decision to exclude the Participant, or in the event of the Participant's death. The Participant may send his/her resignation from the Program in writing to the Organizer's address: PROGRESSIVE sp. z o.o., 5 Sosnowiecka Street, 52-008 Wrocław, with a note: "Tea Leaf Program".
If the Participant does not exercise his/her rights provided for in the Program during the Program's duration, the Participant is not entitled to make any claims of the above against the Organizer.

(1) The Participant participates in the Program by purchasing products in:
a. Salon by registering the purchase of tea or coffee by weight on the Program Card at the time of purchase.
b. Online Store by providing the Discount Code at the time of finalizing the order of tea or coffee by weight.
2. the Program participant is entitled to:
a. Receive a discount on the purchase of 50 g of any tea composition by weight with a maximum selling price of 35 PLN gross per 100 g, for 1 PLN gross, after the Participant has previously obtained 4 (four) leaves. The Participant will receive 1 (one) Leaf at the time of purchase of teas and coffees by weight in the Salon, for a sum equal to or exceeding PLN 35 gross on a single receipt. Taking advantage of this discount at the Salon requires presenting the Program Card to the Salon employee, immediately before making the purchase, in order to place a Leaf in the space provided on it in the form of a stamp. The stamp shall constitute confirmation of the use of this discount.
b. A one-time discount of 15%, on purchases of the entire assortment of coffees and teas by weight. In order to take advantage of the discount, it is necessary to show the Program Card to a Salon employee immediately before making a purchase on the next purchase after the Participant joins the Program. Taking advantage of the one-time discount by the Participant is possible only in the salon where the Card was issued and is recorded by entering the date of realization of the discount purchase by the salesperson.
c. A permanent discount of 15%, on purchases of the entire assortment of coffees and teas by weight in the Online Store. In order to take advantage of the discount, it is necessary to enter in the Online Store in the "shopping cart" section the Discount Code provided on the Card. The discount code can be used repeatedly, up to and including the expiration date of the Card.
(3) Obtaining a reward in the Program is possible only by exchanging the obtained Leafs, taking advantage of a one-time discount or using the Discount Code for a discount, without the possibility of obtaining a cash equivalent or making surcharges on the value of the purchase.
(4) As part of the Program and in order to make it more attractive, the Organizer reserves the right to conduct promotional activities for Program Participants other than those listed in the Regulations. In case of introduction of the above-described promotional activities to the Program, the Organizer will inform the Participants about the rules and details of a given promotion through selected media, i.e. the Website or a message in the Showrooms.

(1) The Program Card is the property of the Organizer and is issued to the Program Participants.
2. the Program Card may be used only for the purposes of the Program and in accordance with these Regulations.
3. the Program Card, issued to the Participant, is a bearer card. The Organizer shall not be liable for damages incurred by the Participant in connection with transactions made by unauthorized persons who came into possession of the Program Card.
(4) The Program Card may be used only up to the expiration date specified on the card.
(5) In case the Participant loses or destroys the previously held Program Card, a new copy of the card will not be issued to the Participant, and the obtained Leafs and other benefits resulting from its possession are subject to forfeiture.

(1) The Participant may submit complaints in writing to the Organizer's address: PROGRESSIVE sp. z o.o., 5 Sosnowiecka Street, 52-008 Wrocław, with the annotation: "Tea Leaf Program".
(2) The complaint should contain the name and surname of the Participant, his/her mailing address and a detailed description and reason for the complaint along with the claim of the complainant.
(3) The submitted complaint will be considered by the Organizer within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint. Interested parties will be notified of the complaint consideration in writing to the address provided in the correspondence. The date of consideration of the complaint shall be the date of sending the correspondence by mail.
(4) The above complaint procedure does not exclude the Participant's right to pursue his claims in a court of law.
§ 8 Personal data protection
(5) The Administrator of Participants' personal data is PROGRESSIVE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ based in Wrocław (52-008), 5 Sosnowiecka Street, KRS 0001080458, REGON 527610437, NIP 8992984184.
(6) Detailed rules related to the processing of Participant's personal data are set forth in the Privacy Policy, available online at: https://czasnaherbate.net/blog/polityka-prywatnosci/

(1) Application for participation in the Program means that the Participant has read the Terms and Conditions and accepts them.
(2) The full content of the Regulations will be available at the Organizer's headquarters, in Company Stores and on the Website. The basic rules of the Program will be included in the information materials distributed in connection with the Program.
(3) The Organizer may amend the Regulations at any time for important reasons, including technological, business or legal changes. Participants will be notified of the planned change to the Regulations via the Website at least 14 days in advance. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, with the proviso that the amendment of the Terms and Conditions will not cause the Participant to lose the rights already acquired by him/her in the Program, which does not limit the Organizer's right to terminate the Program in accordance with § 2 section 4 of the Terms and Conditions and § 3 section 8 of the Terms and Conditions. The amendment to the Regulations is effective with respect to Participants who do not resign from participation in the Program in accordance with the provision of § 3 Section 10 of these Regulations.
(4) In cases not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the law commonly applicable in Poland shall apply.
(5) Any disputes arising from the fulfillment of obligations related to the Program will be settled by common courts.
