English breakfast
A popular composition of two black teas of the Assam and Ceylon varieties. It is dedicated to consumption in the morning. It is characterized by a strong and distinctive flavor and a brownish amber color. English Breakfast tea, according to many sources, was invented by a 19th century British merchant for consumption at breakfast. The high strength of the brew was supposed to have a stimulating effect on the person drinking it. Nowadays, practically every self-respecting tea manufacturer offers a proprietary version of the composition and calls it, of course... English Breakfast, although they often differ significantly in content. In our case, it is a composition of quality black teas from India and Ceylon.
