Assam Mokalbari SF Black - malty notes and rich flavor from IndiaThe terrain, proximity to mountain peaks, fertile soils and a warm and humid climate promote plant growth and ensure high quality tea. Mokalbari Garden was established in 1876 and spans as much as 1,022 hectares. It is located near the banks of the Brahmaputra River, which provides the plants with adequate hydration. The uniqueness of this tea is given by its characteristic leaves, full of golden tips and heavily curled. The infusion is characterized by amazing taste sensations. Distinct smoky notes are accentuated by a malty taste and a delicate and tart aftertaste. They bring solace and a moment of relaxation. The bouquet of aromas, which is very characteristic of teas from Assam, emphasizes the uniqueness of this brew. Perceptible notes of malt and honey perfectly match the strong, deep brew. The tea is particularly recommended to be brewed in white porcelain to enhance its beautiful amber color.
