Harvesting takes place in March, when the spring sunshine dries the dewy tea bushes. After picking, the buds undergo a withering process, followed by slow drying outdoors or in special rooms where a constant temperature is maintained. The long, slightly green leaves are covered with a fine mesquite. After brewing, they unfurl beautifully, giving all their aroma and flavor to the brew. The brewed tea is bright yellow with a pleasant floral aroma. On the tongue we first sense an enveloping sweetness, which becomes a pleasant background for the floral and honey accent. We recommend trying this unique tea during a moment of relaxation after a hard day's work. The fullness of flavor will allow you to slowly discover this amazing brew.
