The infusion turns a golden yellow color and captivates with its aroma and delights with its extravagant taste. In the first sip of the tea one senses subtle smoky notes, which combine with a noticeable sweetness. The tea is characterized by depth of flavor and is perfectly balanced. To get the fullness of flavor and aroma, we recommend steeping the tea at 70°C for 2 minutes. You can try brewing it three times, which will allow you to get an even better taste profile of Gu Zhang Mao Jian. This is an excellent choice for the palate and taste buds of not only Chinese green tea lovers. We especially recommend drinking a cup of the brew in the afternoon to savor each sip and the newly discovered flavor.
