Before the first signs of spring appear, the plantation is covered with material and protected from the sun's rays, which accelerate the growth of the leaves and the production of chlorophyll responsible for the green color. High precision during hand-picking is undoubtedly responsible for the high quality that this tea is characterized by. Only closed, not yet developed buds or those that have only slightly managed to open are used for its production. The leaves are stunning in their appearance, they are long, silver-green, and their entire surface is covered with white hairs. After the drying process, they resemble pine needles in their shape and appearance. The infusion has a straw-yellow color with delicate shades of green. The dry flavor of the infusion blends perfectly with a delicate sweet aftertaste. The whole is complemented by perceptible floral notes.
