The production process is similar to the preparation of jasmine or rose tea. Already fermented leaves are mixed in roughly equal proportions with chunks of cinnamon sticks, and then carefully heated in multi-level dryers at very low temperatures. Such a mixture is set aside for about a week so that the cinnamon can give all its aroma to the tea leaves before it is sieved and removed. The final product is an extremely aromatic Oolong tea that will delight many a taste bud. It's very soft and smooth, with a distinctive hint of light spiciness and spiciness coming from the cinnamon and a noticeable sweetness. The tea is worth trying not only by connoisseurs who appreciate high-quality infusions. We also recommend it to people who are just beginning their journey in discovering unusual tea flavors.
