China Golden Yunnan comes from China's Yunnan province, a region considered the cradle of tea. The leaves are harvested by hand, which allows for precise selection and preservation of the highest quality raw material. They are then subjected to traditional production processes: withering, rolling and fermentation, which shape their distinctive flavor profile.
It is at the fermentation stage that the tea gains its depth, color and complexity. The infusion has an intense amber color and a uniquely aromatic character, with perceptible notes of honey, cocoa and a slight spiciness. It's a calm, enveloping and distinctly more contemplative tea - ideal for the later hours of the day.
Taste: Deep, soft and noticeably more "round" than classic black teas. Notes of honey, earth and delicate dessert chocolate dominate, broken by a light, pleasant spiciness. The infusion is full, velvety and warming, with a long, calm finish.
Aromat: Rich and warm - noticeable notes of cocoa, honey and subtle sweetness with a slightly earthy background.
Appearance: A mixture of dark leaves and numerous golden tips, which give the dryer its characteristic golden-brown appearance. The texture is light and fluffy, indicative of high quality selection.

Preparation suggestion: Pour about 2-3 grams of tea per 200 ml of water at 95-100°C and brew for 2 to 3 minutes. A shorter brew will bring out more softness and sweetness, while a longer brew will emphasize the depth and slightly earthy character of the brew.
The tea is also good for re-brewing - the second infusion will be milder, but will still retain its characteristic warm texture.
The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.
Afternoon quietness
Brewed classically, it gives a warm, enveloping brew that works well after a busy day. Its soft character is conducive to slowing down. Calm and very comfortable.

Brewed slightly shorter, it becomes lighter and more delicate, ideal for longer drinking. It blends well with silence and concentration. Light, but still distinctive.

More leaves and shorter brewing allow for a more concentrated brew. The taste becomes denser, with a distinct chocolate and honey line. This is the most pronounced version of this tea.
