The tea is hand-picked with great precision. Only the first two leaves and the bud are picked, which give the tea the fluffiness so sought after by its lovers. White Wings delights with a light green infusion with a delicately grassy aroma with noticeable floral notes. The taste is complex and intriguing. One can find a refreshing hint of green tea, a delicately perceptible aroma of oolong, which harmonize with a subtle sweetness. Despite its delicacy, the brew is still distinct and strong. To get the full bouquet of flavor, the tea should be steeped for several minutes at about 85 ˚C. We recommend trying a triple steeping to discover the full aroma and flavor of the brew. The appearance and taste of White Wings is comparable to the best Pai Mu Tan teas." .
