The tea comes from Shizouka Prefecture, where it is grown at an altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level, which guarantees optimal conditions for the growth of the tea plant. Frequent rainfall and not too high temperatures favor the maturation of the leaves, which are harvested in spring.
