Among the finest types of coffee native to Ethiopia is Djimmah, harvested from wild trees at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level, which of course you will find in our offer. As man's inseparable companion, coffee has traveled the world aboard ships, in trunks and traveling suitcases to settle and grow in its remotest corners. Originating from India, the bean Arabica India Malabar is a coffee with a rich and smooth taste worth remembering, with a spicy note. It is worth knowing that the unique taste of the brew is influenced by the process of "monsooning" the coffee beans.

It involves exposing the beans to moist air during the monsoon season and combing them regularly with a special rake. The coffee is then packed loosely into bags and exposed to the wind until the beans turn yellow. The final step in this process is sorting and shipping.
