Brazil Specialty is a carefully selected Arabica sourced from the renowned Cerrado and Mogiana regions, considered among the best coffee-growing areas in Brazil. Thanks to natural processing, the beans retain the rich aroma and sweetness characteristic of Brazilian coffees.
The cup is dominated by notes of milk chocolate, roasted nuts and red fruits, which create a harmonious and extremely pleasant composition. The medium-dark roast emphasizes the fullness of flavor, while retaining a natural sweetness and subtle fruity freshness. This is a coffee that will be perfect both as an everyday cup of aromatic espresso and as a quiet tasting black coffee.

Espresso: In espresso, Brazil Specialty impresses with a harmonious combination of notes of chocolate, roasted nuts and subtle red fruits. The brew is full-bodied, sweet and pleasantly balanced, with a delicately fruity finish.
Automatic Express: This is the method in which the coffee best shows its versatile character. Notes of chocolate and nuts dominate, while red fruits add freshness to the brew. The cup is aromatic, mild and perfect for everyday drinking.
Cafeteria: Brewing in a coffee machine brings out deeper notes of cocoa and roasted nuts, emphasizing the fuller body of the coffee. The brew becomes more pronounced, retaining a natural sweetness and a pleasant balance of flavors.
Drip / Pour Over: The pour-over methods allow the red fruit notes and purity of flavor to be better exposed. The coffee is light, elegant and very aromatic, offering a slightly more complex character.
Chemex: In the Chemex, the Brazilian Specialty gains a unique delicacy and clarity. The fruity accents become more noticeable, while the chocolate and nut sweetness creates a harmonious and long finish.
Our recommendation: Brazil Specialty achieves its best results in automatic, espresso and drip machines, where it most fully displays the combination of red fruits, chocolate and roasted nuts characteristic of the best Brazilian arabicas.
