An exceptionally aromatic, high-quality arabica from Brazil's Cerrado and Mogiana regions with a medium-dark roast. Medium strength, delicate acidity and a perceptible sweetness are the hallmarks of the taste of this coffee. Botanical varieties include Mundo Novo, Red Catuai, Caturra and Catuaí.
