The beans come from the northeastern region of Oxapampa. This is a mountainous area, covered with jungle. The climate here and the altitude of 1,200-2,000 meters above sea level create ideal conditions for growing coffee beans, mainly the varieties are Bourbón, Caturra, Catimor.
Peru Villa Rica coffee is ideal for those looking for a noticeable acidity. The flavor bouquet features notes of citrus, gently broken by the bitterness of nuts and almonds and cocoa.
