Coffee has been grown in Indonesia for 300 years throughout the archipelago and the country is currently the fourth producer of coffee in the world - mainly robusta. Each island produces coffee with individual qualities - Java mild, Sumatra noticeably heavier, and Sulawesi (Celebes) full-bodied and aromatic. By many experts and coffee connoisseurs, the proposal from Indonesia is rated as one of the best varieties of robusta. This coffee has a distinctive, strong and distinctive flavor and a high caffeine content - recommended for morning espresso.
