ETNO Intercontinental
A balanced blend of coffees from South America and Africa [1kg].
Homogeneous, medium-dark roasted beans coming straight from Colombia. This is the most refreshing coffee from the ETNO palette, ideal for lovers of acidic and fruity flavors. It will be perfect for everyday use, brewed in large quantities, using the pour-over method, and drunk from a large mug - even to take away! Although Colombia Medellin carries the typical delicate sweetness and bitterness of dessert chocolate, its acidity, which can be likened to stone fruit flavor, definitely comes to the fore. It is roasted for pour-over and pressure methods, but each of these brewing methods will produce a slightly different flavor effect.
Prepared in an automatic coffee maker, it will acquire an intense, strongly acidic flavor, but there will still be a delicate sweetness lurking in the background, which will blend well with milk. A coffee maker will bring out mainly acidity and bitterness from Colombia Medellin, so this brewing method is recommended only for fans of intense, fruity flavors. The most harmonious and mild effect will be obtained by choosing the pour-over method. The acidity will be perfectly balanced with sweetness, and the coffee itself will gain body and become pleasantly thick.
