ETNO's Yellow Bourbon is perfect in any edition and can be brewed using any method. As an espresso from an automatic espresso machine, it gains body, so it is slightly denser. Americano, on the other hand, brings a decidedly sweet taste without a trace of acidity. Quite the opposite happens with Yellow Bourbon brewed by the pour-over method. Here, first of all, one can sense citrus acidity pleasantly tempered by a sweet chocolate aftertaste. On the other hand, for lovers of thick and varied flavor of small black we recommend choosing a classic coffee machine. With it they will get a drink with a high body and evenly distributed sweetness, bitterness and acidity.
