A traditional Earl Grey tea complemented by aromatic blue cornflower petals. It also pairs wonderfully with milk and a touch of cane sugar, creating the perfect complement to everyday meals or gatherings with a little something sweet. Earl Grey tea owes its unique taste and aroma to bergamot oil. The name bergamot was introduced by the Turks to describe the fruit of the Princely Pear, grown in the Mediterranean zone, similar in shape to citrus fruit, having a thick, fleshy skin. It is from this skin that the aromatic oil added to Earl Grey teas, among others, is pressed.
