Focus, energy, and freshness all in one cup. Yerba Mate IQ was created for people who prioritize mental activity every day and need natural support for their concentration. The combination of yerba mate, guarana, and ginseng provides long-lasting stimulation, while the fruity additions give the infusion a pleasant, slightly exotic character.

Freeze-dried kiwi and strawberry balance the herbal notes with a subtle fruity freshness, creating a harmonious blend that’s perfect for work, study, and everyday challenges. This yerba mate invigorates not only the body but also the mind.

Mate IQ This is a carefully crafted blend based on high-quality 90% yerba mate, enriched with freeze-dried kiwi, guarana, ginseng, freeze-dried strawberry, thyme, and natural flavoring. This unique combination of ingredients gives the infusion a fresh, fruity-herbal character and makes it perfect for intense work, studying, and demanding challenges. The caffeine naturally found in yerba mate, combined with guarana, supports concentration and helps maintain energy over a long period of time. Ginseng has been valued for centuries as a plant that supports physical performance, while kiwi and strawberry add pleasant, slightly fruity notes. A delicate hint of thyme gives the blend a subtle, herbal character.

For centuries, this infusion has been an important part of South American culture. Yerba mate promotes concentration, helps maintain mental alertness, and provides energy in a more balanced way than coffee. In addition to its natural stimulating effects, it also provides valuable minerals and trace elements, helping to reduce feelings of fatigue and exhaustion.

Dried appearance: The blend consists of finely chopped, olive-green yerba mate leaves with light-colored pieces of stems. The blend contains pieces of freeze-dried kiwi and strawberry, small fragments of ginseng root, and herbal bits of thyme.

Dry ingredients: yerba mate 90%, freeze-dried kiwi, guarana, ginseng, freeze-dried strawberry, thyme, natural flavoring

Country of origin: Brazil

Packaging: 400g

Traditional brewing method: Pour the dried herb into the container, filling it to between 1/2 and 3/4 of its volume. Cover the opening with your hand and gently shake it so that the finer particles rise to the top. Then tilt the cup at an angle of about 45°, so that the tea leaves settle on one side. Pour a small amount of lukewarm water into the empty space and wait 1–2 minutes. Place the bombilla in the moistened part of the yerba, then pour water at a temperature of 70–80°C over it. Drink the infusion through the bombilla, adding more water repeatedly until the yerba mate loses its flavor and aroma.

In a mug or teapot
Put 2–3 teaspoons of dried tea leaves into a mug or strainer, pour water at a temperature of 70–80°C over them, and let steep for 5–10 minutes. After steeping, separate the tea leaves from the infusion.

Cold (Tereré)
Pour the yerba mate into a cup or pitcher, fill it with chilled water, and add ice cubes. For a more refreshing flavor, you can enhance the drink with slices of citrus or fresh herbs.

In a French press
Add about 10–15 g of dried tea leaves to 500 ml of water at a temperature of 70–80°C. Steep for 5 minutes, then slowly press down the plunger. This is a convenient way to prepare a larger amount of tea.

Cold Brew
Pour cold water over the dried leaves and let them sit in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours. You’ll end up with a delicate, mild beverage that has a natural stimulating effect and less bitterness.

In a pitcher for several people
Pour 15–20 g of yerba mate into a teapot, add 1 liter of water at a temperature of 70–80°C, and let it steep for about 10 minutes. After straining, the infusion is ready to be served hot or chilled.
