A form of molded Chinese Pu Erh tea, which comes from the Yongde garden in Yunnan province. Appropriately selected and selected leaves were subjected to pressing in special molds, giving them the shape of nests. Fermentation of this tea is carried out using the wu dui process, which involves activating the natural enzymes found in the leaves. After brewing, a dark maroon infusion is obtained, which is characterized by a distinct slightly chestnut flavor. The characteristic aftertaste of pu erh tea is combined here with a slightly malty note, which gives the whole tea a certain lightness. The convenient form of the tea makes it appreciated, especially by those who spend time actively or travel. A favorite version of the tea "for work".
