Kenya Tinderet GFOP is sourced from Kenya's high-altitude cultivation, where the tea grows between 1,500 and 2,000 meters above sea level. These conditions - intense sun, altitude and fertile soils - give the leaves their characteristic freshness and distinct flavor profile.
Although similar in texture to Assam teas, it is distinguished by its greater lightness and more crisp character. The infusion is intense, but at the same time clear and elegant, with a delicate citrus note. This is a tea for those who like power, but in a fresher and more modern version.
Taste: Full and intense, but more crisp than classic Assamas. There are citrus notes, a slight spiciness and a gentle, natural sweetness. The brew is clear but clean, with a well-defined structure and a fresh finish.
Aromat: Fresh and slightly citrusy, with subtle depth and a slightly dry background.
Dried appearance: Fine, dark leaves with single lighter accents. Quite compact in structure, characteristic of high-quality Kenyan teas.
Dry ingredients: black tea 100%
Country of origin: Kenya
Preparation suggestion: Pour 2-3 grams of leaves into about 200 ml of water at 95-100°C. Steep for 2 to 4 minutes, depending on how intense an infusion you want. A shorter brew will bring out more of the natural sweetness and mellowness, while a longer brew will emphasize the depth, strength and astringency characteristic of Assam.
This tea stands up well to re-pouring - the second infusion will be softer, but will still retain its distinct malty profile.

The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.

Classic morning
Brew it stronger and serve it in a large cup as the first brew of the day. Its intense character naturally stimulates and gives a solid tea "opening" to the morning. It's a simple daily ritual that always works.
With a little milk
Add a small amount of warm milk to accentuate the malt notes and soften the astringency. The brew becomes creamier and more enveloping, while retaining its distinct character. Perfect for a leisurely breakfast.
Afternoon break
Brewed a little shorter, it gives a more balanced and milder brew. It will work great as a companion for a breather moment during the day, without being overly intense. Subtler, but still distinct.
Signature - strong and essential
Use more leaves and a shorter brewing time for a concentrated, deep brew. This is a version for those who like intensity and fullness of flavor without compromise. Distinct, definite and very distinctive.
