Yun Ming Black is a classic Chinese black tea prized for its deep, yet extremely mild character. It is made from leaves carefully processed according to traditional production methods, so that the infusion retains a distinct flavor without excessive astringency or bitterness.
This is an exceptionally versatile tea - suitable for both everyday drinking and quiet moments of relaxation. Its harmonious flavor profile makes it taste great without additives, allowing you to fully appreciate the natural character of Chinese black tea. The infusion is deep, pleasantly warming and very comfortable to drink.
Taste: Full-bodied, expressive and harmonious. The infusion has a pleasant depth characteristic of classic Chinese black teas, but remains mellow and devoid of bitterness. There are subtle notes of malt, wood and a slight natural sweetness.
Aromat: Warm and calm, with light notes of roasted leaves and a malty finish.
Dried appearance: Finely twisted, irregular leaves in dark shades with lighter highlights. Dried compact and very aromatic.
Dry ingredients: black tea 100%
Country of origin: China
Preparation suggestion: Pour about 2-3 grams of tea into 200 ml of 95°C water and brew for 2-4 minutes. Shorter brewing will bring out more lightness and natural sweetness, while longer brewing will emphasize the depth and more pronounced character of the brew.
The tea is also good for re-brewing - subsequent infusions remain harmonious and mild.

The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.

Everyday classics
Brewed traditionally, it gives a full and harmonious brew with a calm character. It works well both in the morning and during the day. Expressive, but very mild.
No additives
It shows its character best when drunk solo. The natural sweetness and lack of bitterness keep the brew extremely pleasant and smooth. Classic and elegant.
For a quiet afternoon
Brewed a little shorter, it becomes softer and more subtle. It goes well with a moment of rest or a quiet ritual with a book. Harmonious and relaxing.
Signature - deep gentleness
More drying accentuates the depth of the brew and the malty and woody notes. The tea remains intense, but still very clean and without aggressiveness. This is the most classic version of this tea.
