ETNO Italian Roast

An ideal choice for everyday use, especially for morning espresso and any milk or plant-based beverage composition. Italian Roast is a classic blend of beans from Ethiopia, Brazil and Colombia, long and hard roasted, enchanting with a smoky and woody aroma, in which nutty and caramel notes are also noticeable. The dark roasting of the beans gives the coffee an intense flavor, full of chocolate sweetness and a characteristic bitterness. However, it searches in vain for acidity, which is sure to please coffee drinkers who shy away from that taste. Italian Roast has a higher body, so it is pleasantly dense and opaque. A natural, beautiful crema also adds to its character.

This coffee is best brewed Italian style, in a coffee machine, although you can also safely reach for a flask, automatic or pour-over machine. It tastes great with milk, and its delicately sweet flavor makes a delicious duo with delicious chocolate cakes and other desserts.
