Ethiopia Djimmah is a coffee from one of the oldest coffee growing regions in the world. Grown in the fertile soils of western Ethiopia and subjected to traditional dry processing, it is distinguished by its intense aroma and distinctive, multifaceted flavor.

The natural processing method preserves the rich aromas that develop during the ripening of the coffee fruit. As a result, the brew offers deep chocolate notes intertwined with red wine accents, which give the coffee a unique elegance and pleasant fruity complexity.

With its higher acidity and moderate strength, Ethiopia Djimmah is perfect as a coffee for those looking for a more distinctive and aromatic taste experience. It is an excellent choice for both pour-over methods and classic espresso.

Espresso
This is the best way to experience the full character of Ethiopian Djimmah. The short, concentrated brew exposes intense notes of chocolate and red wine, while highlighting the lively, fruity acidity characteristic of Ethiopian beans.

Drip V60
Preparation by the pour-over method brings out the most complex aromas of the coffee. In the brew, vinous and fruity accents are clearly visible, and the high acidity acquires lightness and elegance.

Chemex
With thicker filters, Chemex provides an exceptionally clean and clear brew. The chocolate notes become more delicate, and the aromas of red fruits and red wine come to the fore. This method perfectly highlights the complexity and elegance of the coffee, offering an extremely harmonious taste experience.

French Press
Brewing in the French Press preserves the fuller body and richer structure of the brew. Chocolate notes become more pronounced and the characteristic wine accents gain depth. This is a great option for those who prefer more intense and full-bodied coffees with rich aromas.

Cold Brew
When prepared cold, the coffee acquires a unique smoothness and velvety quality. The acidity becomes milder, and the chocolate notes gain sweetness and depth. Delicate hints of red wine remain noticeable, creating a refreshing yet highly aromatic beverage ideal for warmer days.

Café
Brewing in a café produces an intense, aromatic brew with a distinct character. Chocolate notes become more pronounced, while wine accents create an interesting, slightly fruity counterbalance.
