Herbata pochodzi z Indii, z jednego z najstarszych ogrodów w regionie Mokalbari.
Taste: Full-bodied, intense and multidimensional. Prominent smoky notes blend harmoniously with malty character and a delicate, slightly tart aftertaste. The whole creates a deep, warming brew that brings solace and a moment of respite.
Aroma: Rich and characteristic of teas from the Assam region. The dominant notes of malt and honey blend perfectly with the strong, deep profile of the brew, highlighting its unique bouquet.
Appearance: Heavily curled leaves with lots of golden tips, indicating the high quality of the crop (SF - Special Finest).
Dry ingredients: Assam black tea 100%
Country of origin: India
Preparation suggestion: Pour 95-100°C water over the leaves, allowing them to fully release their rich, slightly malty aroma. The ideal brewing time is 3-4 minutes - this is when the infusion achieves the perfect balance between strength and velvety smoothness. Use about 2-3 grams of tea per 200 ml of water to achieve an intense, refined flavor. After brewing, separate the leaves from the infusion to preserve its clarity and harmony. Assam Mokalbari tastes best without additives - pure, authentic, it allows you to fully appreciate its depth and character.

The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.

Classic:
Serve the brewed tea in a cup - preferably freshly prepared to bring out the full flavor and aroma. Ideal for everyday use as a classic, expressive tea.
Assam with milk:
Brew the tea a little longer for a more intense brew, then add a splash of milk. The result is a creamy, milder drink with a slightly dessert-like character, perfect for breakfast.
Cold brew (cold brew):
Prepare the tea by pouring cold water over the leaves and refrigerating for several hours. Serve it chilled - the infusion will be milder, less astringent and naturally sweeter.
Cold with additives:
Brew a stronger brew, cool and serve with ice cubes and a slice of lemon or orange. A refreshing option perfect for warmer days.
