Jun Chiyabari Black hails from eastern Nepal, from a boutique plantation established by three passionate tea lovers committed to quality instead of mass production. The garden, spread over dozens of acres, collaborates with local farms to create teas with a unique, artisanal character.
The leaves are hand-harvested with great precision, and only the highest-quality leaves go for further processing. The result is a tea with an extremely complex profile - fresh, slightly sweet, with a subtle spiciness and an elegant, amber brew. This is an option for those looking for something less obvious, but clearly refined.
Taste: Complex and multi-layered - notes of freshness, delicate sweetness and slightly spicy accents appear. The brew is smooth, elegant and well-balanced, with a clear but unobtrusive structure. The finish is long, clean and very harmonious.
