Rhubarb Lemonade is an exceptionally fresh and modern composition inspired by the taste of homemade lemonade served in a summer garden. Gunpowder green tea combined with rhubarb, hibiscus, rose and Ternatine clitoria creates an intensely aromatic brew with a slightly fruity, juicy character. The delicate sweetness of the stevia beautifully balances the natural acidity of the rhubarb, making the whole taste fresh, light and very harmonious.

Taste: Distinctly fruity and fresh, with a pleasant rhubarb acidity broken by a subtle sweetness. Gunpowder green tea gives the brew a slightly fresh depth, while hibiscus and rose add a delicate floral touch. The infusion is juicy, harmonious and very refreshing.

Preparation suggestion: It is best to steep it in water at 75-80°C for about 2-3 minutes. This will keep the green tea fresh, and the rhubarb and floral notes will develop their juicy, harmonious aroma without excessive astringency. One teaspoon of dried tea is sufficient for a 250 ml cup. The tea is also perfect as an intensely fruity cold brew or a light iced tea for summer.
