The plant has been used in natural Eastern medicine for centuries, and has many scientifically proven health-promoting properties: antibacterial, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, diuretic, anesthetic, anti-diabetic. We recommend brewing the flowers both alone and in combination with other herbs or teas. The infusion of the blue flower has a graceful sapphire color. We recommend adding it to other drinks to give them an interesting color. In addition, under the influence of lemon or lime juice, the color changes to pinkish-purple, which gives a very interesting effect - for example, in drinks. The infusion can also be used to color foods such as baked goods or rice.

Usage: 1 łyżeczkę (2 g) suszu zaparzać w szklance wrzącą wodą (200 ml) i parzyć ok. 5-10 minut. Pić świeżo przygotowany napar 3 razy dziennie. Nie przekraczać zalecane jdo spożycia dziennej porcji produktu.
