Dried appearance: The blend is distinguished by its natural, rustic appearance. Green leaves of nettle and birch, light elements of chamomile, pieces of fruit, and herbal stems and petals are visible in the dry. The whole is kept in natural green-golden tones with subtle darker fruit accents.

Brewing method: Before use, stir the contents of the package to evenly distribute the ingredients. Then pour 1 teaspoon of the dried ingredients into a cup, pour boiling water (200 ml) and cover. Brew for 10 minutes.
Recommended daily allowance required for beneficial effect: 2 cups of infusion, each prepared from 1 teaspoon (2 g) of the dried herb. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
