Prince of Persia is a harmonious blend of classic Ceylon black tea and delicate Pai Mu Tan white tea with an exotic addition of pineapple and a fresh hint of lemongrass. The infusion delights with its light, fruity character and subtle sweetness broken by citrus freshness. This composition is ideal for those who like teas that are aromatic, but at the same time light and natural to drink - perfect for a quiet afternoon, as well as in a refreshing cold version.
Taste: Light, exotic and fresh. Ceylon black tea creates a distinct but balanced base, which is tempered by the softness of Pai Mu Tan white tea. The sweetness of candied pineapple lends a tropical touch to the brew, while lemongrass brings a citrus freshness. The aloe vera adds a subtle vegetal note and a light "juiciness," making the whole very harmonious and pleasantly light.
Aromat: Fresh, exotic and slightly sweet. Notes of pineapple and citrus dominate, complemented by a delicate green aloe accent.
Appearance: A blend of black and white tea leaves with visible fragments of lemongrass and pieces of pineapple. After brewing, the infusion has a light, golden amber color.
Dry ingredients: Ceylon High Grown OP black tea, Pai Mu Tan white tea, candied pineapple (pineapple, sugar, citric acid), lemon grass, flavor
Country of origin: Sri Lanka, China
Preparation suggestion: Pour 1 teaspoon of tea over 85-95°C water and steep for 2-3 minutes. Shorter steeping will bring out more of the freshness and delicacy of the white tea, while longer steeping will produce a fuller, more pronounced and exotic flavor.

Summer afternoon: This tea tastes great served with light desserts - it goes well with coconut tart, pineapple cake or simple butter cookies. The combination of black and white tea with lemongrass gives a fresh, slightly exotic character that is perfect for calm, warm days.
Cold version: Serve the chilled infusion in a glass with plenty of ice and a piece of fresh pineapple. You can also add a bit of lemongrass or a mint leaf for an even more refreshing effect. This is a very pleasant, light tea for summer - fresh, fruity and natural.
Evening Rest: Serve hot tea during a quiet evening, preferably in a large cup or glass mug. The delicate sweetness of pineapple and the freshness of lemongrass create a harmonious composition that works well as a tea for calming down after a busy day.
Signature - Prince of Persia: Prepare a stronger brew and serve it in a simple glass with ice and pieces of pineapple. The transparent glass beautifully highlights the amber color of the tea, and the whole thing looks light, fresh and very summer-like.
