Taste: Tung Ting Cinnamon Oolong delights with its harmonious combination of classic Taiwanese oolong with the delicately spicy character of cinnamon. The infusion is smooth, slightly creamy and very multidimensional - subtle notes of roasted fruit, natural sweetness and a soft, warming finish are noticeable. The whole remains elegant and perfectly balanced.
Aromat: Warm, enveloping and exceptionally aromatic. There are delicate notes of cinnamon combined with the slightly roasted character of high quality oolong and subtle touches of dried fruit. The aroma is deep, calm and very relaxing.
Dried appearance: Carefully rolled oolong leaves have a dark olive and brown-gold color with a natural sheen. The dry looks very elegant and uniform, and after brewing, the leaves gradually unfold, releasing their rich aroma.
Dry ingredients: oolong tea 100%
Country of origin: Taiwan
Preparation suggestion: Pour 1 teaspoon of tea over water at about 85-90°C and steep for 2-3 minutes. Oolong Tung Ting Cinnamon best develops its creamy and spicy character at a moderate brewing temperature. The tea can be brewed multiple times - each successive brewing becomes more subtle and deep.
For a more pronounced, warming aroma, use shorter, multiple brews using the gongfu cha method.

The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.

Minimalist ritual:
Serve the tea in a thin glass teapot or simple china, without any unnecessary additions. The spicy character of the tea resonates best in a calm, minimalist setting, allowing you to fully focus on the aroma and flavor evolution.
Gongfu cha style:
Prepare the tea using the multiple brewing method in a gaiwan or small teapot. Successive brewing will gradually bring out the creamier, roasted and spicier notes of the oolong. This is the best way to discover the full complexity of this composition.
In the calm evening light:
Serve the infusion by the warm, soft light of evening in an atmosphere conducive to tranquility. The tea's delicate spicy notes of cinnamon and long finish create a uniquely enveloping character, perfect for cooler days and peaceful relaxation.
Signature - Taiwanese depth:
Serve the tea on a dark wooden tray with simple ceramics and a small amount of rolled dried tea next to the teapot. Natural light, stone textures and subtle shadows highlight the elegant, multifaceted character of the tea inspired by traditional Taiwanese premium oolongs.
