The beans of this Mexican coffee were 99% decaffeinated using crystal clear water. First, the beans were heated to open their pores, and then immersed in previously prepared glacier water. The process is constantly controlled and proceeds until 99% of the caffeine is stripped from the beans. No chemical reagents are used during decaffeination processing, so it is very gentle on the beans.
Mexican decaffeinated coffee surprises with its pleasant taste and very mild acidity. In the taste you will find notes of black tea and dried fruits such as raisins and prunes.
