Masala Chai is a classic Indian composition with an intense spice character. The combination of Assam black tea with aromatic spices creates an infusion that is deep, warming and extremely expressive. This tea is ideal for colder days - enveloping, energizing and full of character.
Taste: Expressive, deep and intensely spiced. A strong base of Assam black tea combines with a warming blend of spices - cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and cloves. The whole is full-bodied, slightly spicy and very aromatic, with a distinctive oriental touch.
Aromat: Rich, spicy and warming. Notes of cinnamon, cardamom and anise create an intense, pleasantly "winter" fragrance.
Appearance: Dark tea leaves interspersed with pieces of spices - visible fragments of cinnamon, anise, cardamom and cloves. A very decorative, classic chai blend.

Preparation suggestion: Pour 1 teaspoon of tea over water at 95-100°C and steep for 4-5 minutes. Longer brewing will bring out the fullness of the spice aroma. For a chai latte version: brew a stronger infusion and combine with hot milk in a 1:1 ratio.
The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.
