Masala Chai is an intense, spicy composition inspired by traditional Indian chai tea. The distinctive Assam Dekorai tea has been combined with an aromatic blend of spices - cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and pepper - to create a deep, warming infusion with an exceptionally rich character. This tea is ideal for cooler days, quiet evenings and moments when you need a little warmth and aromatic comfort.

Taste: Expressive, deep and intensely spiced. A strong base of Assam black tea combines with a warming blend of spices - cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and cloves. The whole is full-bodied, slightly spicy and very aromatic, with a distinctive oriental touch.

Aromat: Rich, spicy and warming. Notes of cinnamon, cardamom and anise create an intense, pleasantly "winter" fragrance.

Appearance: Dark tea leaves interspersed with pieces of spices - visible fragments of cinnamon, anise, cardamom and cloves. A very decorative, classic chai blend.

Preparation suggestion: Pour 1 teaspoon of tea over water at 95-100°C and steep for 4-5 minutes. Longer brewing will bring out the fullness of the spice aroma. For a chai latte version: brew a stronger infusion and combine with hot milk in a 1:1 ratio.

The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.

Classically Indian:
It tastes best prepared on the basis of a strong infusion with the addition of hot milk. The spices - cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and cloves - create an intense, warming character that is ideal for colder days and quiet mornings.

In the latte version:
A frothy milk or oatmeal drink gives the tea a creamier, dessert-like appearance. The taste becomes softer, more enveloping and exceptionally aromatic. It's a good option for an evening or a relaxing moment at home.

For autumn and winter evenings:
Serve the tea in a large mug, preferably with a little honey or an orange slice. The spicy aroma of the spices creates a warm, intense atmosphere that goes well with a book, a blanket and a quiet evening.

Signature - Creamy Masala Chai:
Combine the stronger brew with hot milk and serve in a glass mug with a thick layer of delicate foam. A pinch of cinnamon or grated nutmeg on top will beautifully accentuate the aromatic character of the blend and give the whole thing a cozy, café atmosphere.
