Sencha Black originates from China's Zhejiang province and is an extremely interesting interpretation of black tea. It is produced like classic black teas, but the leaves are rolled in a manner characteristic of green Sencha, which gives it a unique appearance and a fresher and more subtle flavor profile.
This is for people who like light black teas with a modern character. The infusion remains delicate and harmonious, but at the same time has a slight spiciness and a dry touch that distinguishes it from classic black teas. Sencha Black works well as an everyday tea for those who appreciate freshness and elegance.
Taste: Delicate and light, with a noticeably fresher profile than classic black teas. There is a subtle sweetness, a slight vegetation characteristic of the way the leaves are rolled, and a slightly spicy note in the finish. The brew is harmonious, clean and very pleasant to drink.
Aromat: Fresh and subtle, with a light vegetal note and a delicate dry background.
Dried appearance: Long, irregularly rolled leaves in dark shades with olive highlights. The dry is similar in appearance to classic Sencha, although it retains the character of black tea.
Dry ingredients: black tea 100%
Country of origin: China
Preparation suggestion: Pour about 2-3 grams of tea into 200 ml of 90-95°C water and brew for 2-3 minutes. Shorter brewing will emphasize freshness and delicate vegetal notes, while longer brewing will bring out more depth and light spiciness.
The tea is also good for re-brewing - subsequent infusions remain light and harmonious.

The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.

A light start to the day
Brewed classically, it gives a fresh and delicate brew that works well in the morning. It does not overwhelm with intensity, remaining light and harmonious. Subtle and very peaceful.
In modern style
Served unadorned, it best shows its unusual nature - combining the lightness of Sencha with the character of black tea. The taste is clean and elegant. Minimalistic and fresh.
For a bright afternoon
Brewed shorter, it becomes even softer and more vegetal. It goes well with a moment of rest or quiet work. Delicate and very natural.
Signature - freshness and structure
More leaves and shorter brewing accentuate its dryness and slightly spicy finish. The infusion becomes more pronounced, but still retains its subtlety. This is the most distinctive version of this tea.
