Matcha, a traditional Japanese tea in powder form, helped Buddhist monks achieve focus during meditation as early as the 13th century.
It is made from dried and ground tea leaves and is distinguished by its intense green color.
It has an abundance of valuable components, such as polyphenols: L-theanine, antioxidants that further positively affect metabolism, as well as vitamins A and C, potassium, calcium, iron and zinc. In addition, it contains more caffeine than coffee and has been shown to inhibit the formation of cancer cells. Our Matcha Japanese Ujicha comes from the Uji region of Kyoto, famous for its exceptionally clean waters and fertile soil.
It tastes very good with milk, vegetable drink and or with your favorite juice.
