Preparation suggestion: It is best to brew it in water at 70-80°C for about 2-3 minutes. This will keep the green tea fresh, and the fruity and floral notes will develop their delicate, harmonious aroma without excessive bitterness. One teaspoon of dried tea is sufficient for a 250 ml cup. The infusion also tastes great when chilled - especially as a light, elegant tea for warm afternoons.
