Darjeeling Second Flush comes from high-altitude plantations located in the Himalayas, at altitudes exceeding 2,000 meters above sea level, where the climate and growing conditions give the tea its unique character. The second harvest takes place from early May to late June, often accompanied by the first monsoon rains, which accelerate the growth of the leaves.
It is during this time that a tea with a more developed, fuller profile is created - considered one of the most highly regarded varieties of Darjeeling. The infusion has a light, golden color and a noticeably more rounded flavor than First Flush, with a distinctive muscatel note. It is a Darjeeling that is more mature, complex and extremely elegant.
Taste: Fuller and more rounded than the first harvest. There are notes of ripe fruit, a slight sweetness and a muscatel note, characteristic of Darjeeling, reminiscent of light grapes. The brew is harmonious, with a light structure and a longer, more pronounced finish.
Aromat: Rich and elegant - with notes of fruit, light sweetness and a subtle wine-floral note.
Appearance: Fine, irregular leaves in shades of brown, green and gold. Visible young buds and more developed leaves give the drought a varied texture characteristic of the second harvest.

Preparation suggestion: Pour about 2-3 grams of tea into 200 ml of 90-95°C water and brew for 2-3 minutes. Shorter brewing will emphasize softness and sweetness, while longer brewing will bring out a more pronounced texture and fruity character.
The tea is well suited for re-brewing - the second brew will be lighter, but will still retain its elegance and characteristic notes.

The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.
