China Pouchong is a high-quality tea inspired by the Taiwanese tradition of producing partially oxidized teas. The processing requires great precision and experience, as it is the right level of oxidation that brings out the extremely subtle balance between the freshness of green tea and the softness characteristic of light oolongs.

Preparation suggestion: Pour about 2-3 grams of tea into 200 ml of water at 85-90°C and brew for 2-3 minutes. The tea also lends itself well to repeated brewing - subsequent infusions remain delicate and aromatic.
