One teaspoon of dried tea is enough for a 250 ml cup. The infusion tastes great both hot and chilled - especially as a light, fruity tea for warmer days.

With cold cherries:
Serve the cooled tea with ice and a few fresh cherries. The infusion becomes more luscious, light and extremely refreshing, perfect for a quiet summer afternoon.

In floral style:
Add a few delicate petals of edible flowers to the finished infusion. The tea then takes on an elegant, very subtle character inspired by a blooming garden.

Cherry cold brew:
Prepare the tea using the cold brew method and serve it heavily chilled in a light glass. The infusion becomes extremely delicate, fresh and very pleasant during warm days.
