Ceylon Dimbula OPA2 comes from Sri Lanka's high mountain plantations, where the cooler climate and mountain air give the tea a unique freshness. Its mild, harmonious character makes it perfect as an everyday green tea for those who appreciate subtle and elegant infusions. It's a calm, classic offering with a natural, clean profile.
Taste: Ceylon Dimbula OPA2 is distinguished by a light, fresh flavor with a delicately vegetal character. The infusion is mild, harmonious and subtly dry, with a soft finish and a pleasant freshness typical of high mountain Ceylon teas.
Aromat: Fresh and clean, with delicate notes of green leaves and a light vegetal sweetness. The aroma remains subtle and elegant.
Dried appearance: Large, tightly twisted leaves in shades of olive and dark green. The dryness is light, irregular and characteristic of premium Ceylon green teas.
Dry ingredients: green tea 100%
Country of origin: Sri Lanka
Preparation suggestion: Pour about 2-3 grams of tea per 200 ml of water at 75-80°C and brew for about 2 minutes. A shorter brew will keep the infusion fresh and delicate, while a slightly longer brew will bring out more pronounced vegetal notes.
Good quality leaves are also suitable for re-brewing - subsequent infusions will be milder, but will still retain their harmonious character.

The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.

Classic:
Brewed briefly at a lower temperature, it retains its lightness and fresh character. It tastes best served in a light ceramic cup, which emphasizes the delicate color of the brew.
For light meals:
It pairs well with vegetables, rice and light snacks. Its subtle profile cleans up the flavor well and does not dominate more delicate dishes.
Cold brew:
When brewed cold, it becomes even fresher and milder. The long contact of the leaves with cool water brings out the natural lightness and pleasantly refreshing character of the brew.
Signature: a quiet afternoon in Ceylon style:
A warm cup of this tea is perfect for a moment of relaxation with natural light and the peaceful rhythm of the day. Its delicate aroma and slightly refined character build a simple, elegant ritual inspired by teas from Sri Lanka.
