Bancha is Japan's everyday tea - calm, light and extremely natural to drink. Its fresh aroma and mild taste make it a perfect accompaniment to both mornings and moments of rest during the day. It is a green tea without excessive intensity - harmonious, delicate and extremely pleasant to drink regularly.
Taste: Bancha is distinguished by its mild, fresh flavor with a mildly vegetal character. The infusion is light, subtly sweet and pleasantly smooth, with a soft, slightly grassy finish typical of Japanese green teas.
Aromat: Fresh, green and natural. There are subtle notes of young leaves, delicate vegetation and light sweetness. The fragrance is delicate, natural and soothing, introducing an atmosphere of peace and harmony.
Dried appearance: Long, flat leaves in shades of olive and dark green, with visible lighter sections of stems characteristic of Japanese Bancha.
Dry ingredients: green tea 100%
Country of origin: China
Preparation suggestion: Pour about 2-3 grams of tea per 200 ml of water at 70-80°C and brew for about 1.5-2 minutes. A shorter brew will preserve the fresh, delicately vegetal character of the infusion, while a slightly longer brew will bring out more pronounced green notes.
Thanks to the good quality of the Bancha leaves, it is also suitable for the next brew - the next brew will be milder, but will still retain its freshness and harmonious taste.

The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.

Classically Japanese:
Brewed briefly at a lower temperature, it retains its freshness and delicate vegetal character. It tastes best served in a small ceramic teapot, which emphasizes the calm, minimalist style of this tea and allows to celebrate the daily drinking ritual.
For a light meal:
Bancha pairs well with sushi, rice and vegetable dishes. Its fresh profile cleanses the flavor well and subtly enhances more delicate dishes without dominating their aroma. It's the perfect tea for a leisurely lunch or light dinner.
Cold brew:
When brewed cold, it becomes even more mellow and exceptionally refreshing. Several hours of maceration brings out the natural freshness and subtle sweetness of the leaves, creating a light drink ideal for warm days and slow afternoons.
Signature: an evening ritual of silence:
Bancha is perfect for quiet evening moments, when the pace of the day begins to slow down. Served in a warm ceramic cup, with soft light and a moment of tranquility, it builds a simple, harmonious ritual inspired by Japanese daily life.
