Find a balance between energy and moments of relaxation. Yerba Mate Yoga combines the natural power of South American yerba mate with exotic fruits to create a light, harmonious blend inspired by tranquility and a connection to nature.
The sweetness of pineapple, juicy notes of mango and passion fruit, and subtle floral accents make every cup a delight with its fresh, tropical aroma. It’s the perfect yerba mate to start your day, enjoy after a yoga session, or whenever you want to combine a natural energy boost with a moment of pleasant relaxation.
Mate Yoga This is a unique blend based on high-quality 77% yerba mate, enriched with candied pineapple, mango and passion fruit pieces, pomegranate flower petals, and marigold petals. Carefully selected ingredients create an infusion with a delicate, exotic character, featuring subtle sweetness and fruity freshness.
For centuries, this infusion has been an important part of South American culture. Yerba mate promotes concentration, helps maintain mental alertness, and provides energy in a more balanced way than coffee. In addition to its natural stimulating effects, it also provides valuable minerals and trace elements, helping to reduce feelings of fatigue and exhaustion.
Dried appearance: The blend consists of finely chopped, olive-green yerba mate leaves with light-colored pieces of stems. Visible among the blend are pieces of candied pineapple, small, crunchy pieces of mango and passion fruit, as well as marigold and pomegranate flower petals in warm shades of yellow and pink.
Dry ingredients: yerba mate 77%, candied pineapple (pineapple, sugar, citric acid), mango crunch (mango concentrate), passion fruit crunch (maltodextrin, passion fruit juice concentrate, natural flavoring, citric acid), pomegranate flower, marigold, flavoring
Country of origin: Brazil
Packaging: 400g
Traditional brewing method: Pour the dried herb into the container, filling it to between 1/2 and 3/4 of its volume. Cover the opening with your hand and gently shake it so that the finer particles rise to the top. Then tilt the cup at an angle of about 45°, so that the tea leaves settle on one side. Pour a small amount of lukewarm water into the empty space and wait 1–2 minutes. Place the bombilla in the moistened part of the yerba, then pour water at a temperature of 70–80°C over it. Drink the infusion through the bombilla, adding more water repeatedly until the yerba mate loses its flavor and aroma.

In a mug or teapot
Put 2–3 teaspoons of dried tea leaves into a mug or strainer, pour water at a temperature of 70–80°C over them, and let steep for 5–10 minutes. After steeping, separate the tea leaves from the infusion.
Cold (Tereré)
Pour the yerba mate into a cup or pitcher, fill it with chilled water, and add ice cubes. For a more refreshing flavor, you can enhance the drink with slices of citrus or fresh herbs.
In a French press
Add about 10–15 g of dried tea leaves to 500 ml of water at a temperature of 70–80°C. Steep for 5 minutes, then slowly press down the plunger. This is a convenient way to prepare a larger amount of tea.
Cold Brew
Pour cold water over the dried leaves and let them sit in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours. You’ll end up with a delicate, mild beverage that has a natural stimulating effect and less bitterness.
In a pitcher for several people
Pour 15–20 g of yerba mate into a teapot, add 1 liter of water at a temperature of 70–80°C, and let it steep for about 10 minutes. After straining, the infusion is ready to be served hot or chilled.
