Winter has its own unique flavor—full of spicy notes, juicy fruits, and a pleasant warmth. WildPower Winter Edition brings this special atmosphere to the world of yerba mate, combining natural energy with an aromatic blend of ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and dried fruit. The sweetness of apple, the fruity depth of plum, and the delicate citrus note of orange create a rich flavor that perfectly complements the characteristic bitterness of yerba mate. This winter edition is for those who, even on the coldest days, enjoy discovering new flavors and drawing energy from nature.
Yerba Mate Winter Edition This is a unique, seasonal blend of Brazilian yerba mate with added fruits and aromatic spices. Created with cooler days in mind, it combines the naturally invigorating character of Paraguayan holly with a wealth of winter flavors.
Candied ginger adds a pleasant sweetness and spiciness to the blend, while dried apple and freeze-dried plum bring a fruity depth. Cinnamon, cloves, and red pepper provide a distinct, spicy character, while dried orange and orange blossoms lend the blend a subtle citrus freshness.
This is an option for those looking for an alternative to classic yerba mate and who enjoy rich, multi-layered flavor profiles. It’s perfect for fall and winter days, whether enjoyed in a traditional matero or prepared as an aromatic infusion.
Dried appearance:
A colorful blend of finely chopped, olive-green yerba mate leaves with visible pieces of candied ginger, dried apple, freeze-dried plum, and orange peel. Bright orange blossom petals, bits of cinnamon and cloves, and tiny red peppercorns create a striking, natural blend.
Dry ingredients: yerba mate, candied ginger (ginger, sugar, preservative: sulfur dioxide), diced apple, freeze-dried plum, clove, dried orange, cinnamon bark, orange blossom, red pepper, flavoring
Country of origin: Brazil
Packaging: 200g
Traditional brewing method: Pour the dried herb into the container, filling it to between 1/2 and 3/4 of its volume. Cover the opening with your hand and gently shake it so that the finer particles rise to the top. Then tilt the cup at an angle of about 45°, so that the tea leaves settle on one side. Pour a small amount of lukewarm water into the empty space and wait 1–2 minutes. Place the bombilla in the moistened part of the yerba, then pour water at a temperature of 70–80°C over it. Drink the infusion through the bombilla, adding more water repeatedly until the yerba mate loses its flavor and aroma.

Classic for warmth:
Prepare the Winter Edition in a traditional matero by pouring water at a temperature of 70–80°C over the dried tea leaves. Each subsequent infusion will reveal new layers of flavor—from distinct notes of ginger and cinnamon, through the fruity sweetness of apple and plum, to the subtle freshness of orange. It’s the perfect way to savor the winter character of yerba mate.
Winter Orange Infusion:
Brew the yerba mate in an infuser, then pour it into a glass cup and add a thin slice of fresh orange. Its juicy aroma will beautifully highlight the spicy notes of cinnamon, cloves, and ginger, giving the infusion a pleasant freshness. The perfect choice for chilly afternoons.
Spiced yerba with apple juice:
Prepare a slightly stronger infusion and mix it with a small amount of warmed, natural apple juice. The fruity sweetness will mellow the characteristic bitterness of yerba mate, while cinnamon, cloves, and ginger will give the whole drink a deep, spicy character. The result is an aromatic beverage inspired by the flavor of winter punch.
Winter Signature – a warming plum drink:
Combine freshly brewed yerba mate with a splash of warm, unsweetened plum juice and serve in a clear glass with a thin slice of orange and a cinnamon stick. The intense fruitiness of the plum harmonizes perfectly with the spiciness of ginger and the aromatic spices, creating an elegant blend with a deep, wintry flavor.
