Turkish BOP originates from the Black Sea region, where the humid climate and fertile soils create excellent conditions for tea cultivation. The finely broken leaves produce an intense, fast-brewing brew with a deep color and distinctive aroma.
This is a strong, everyday and very distinctive tea - ideal for those who like a strong taste and the classic serving style known from Turkish tea culture. The infusion is full-bodied, warming and exceptionally aromatic, making it perfect for both mornings and longer tea gatherings.
Taste: Strong, full-bodied and expressive. The infusion quickly builds in intensity, while retaining the delicate maltiness and slight earthiness characteristic of Black Sea teas. The tea has a definite character and lingers long on the palate.
Aromat: Warm and deep, with notes of malt, wood and delicate caramel sweetness.
Dried appearance: Finely broken, dark leaves typical of BOP grade teas. The dried tea has a compact texture and quickly gives off flavor during brewing.

Preparation suggestion: Pour about 2-3 grams of tea into 200 ml of 95°C water and brew for 2-4 minutes. Thanks to the finer dryness, the infusion quickly acquires intensity and deep color. Shorter brewing will keep it more mellow, while longer brewing will bring out the full strength and malty notes.
The tea also goes well with added sugar or served in a more traditional Turkish style.
The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.
