A traditional infusion made from roasted Tatar buckwheat grains, prized for centuries throughout Asia for its natural character and unique flavor. Delicate notes of roasted nuts, a subtle sweetness, and a pleasant, slightly toasty aroma make every cup a moment of calm and relaxation.
The Tatar buckwheat used to prepare this infusion comes from the mountainous regions of China’s Sichuan Province, where it has been cultivated for generations under ideal conditions. This golden-hued infusion is caffeine-free, so you can enjoy it at any time of day. An added benefit is that the same grains can be steeped multiple times, revealing an increasingly milder and more subtle character with each subsequent infusion.
