Soba Cha, also known as buckwheat tea, is an infusion prepared from roasted buckwheat seeds of tartary. It is harvested at an altitude of 2,600 meters above sea level in Daliangshan in China's Sichuan Province.

Soba Cha is distinguished by its mild, slightly sweet taste with distinct nutty and toasted notes. The infusion has a golden color and a delicate roasted aroma. Thanks to its lack of caffeine, it can be consumed at any time of the day, including in the evening and by those avoiding stimulating drinks.

Steep for 3-5 minutes under a lid. After brewing, the infusion should be strained. The same grains can be poured with hot water again 1-2 times - subsequent infusions will be milder in taste.
