Galician mulled wine is a fruity and spicy composition inspired by the atmosphere of winter evenings and the aroma of traditional warming drinks. Hibiscus, dark fruits and cinnamon with cloves create an intense, deep and exceptionally enveloping brew. This is a tea made for quiet moments of rest - warm, aromatic and full of pleasant winter character. Each cup brings an atmosphere of home warmth and celebration of colder days.
Taste: Expressive, slightly sour thanks to hibiscus and forest fruits, broken by the natural sweetness of apple and elderberry. The whole is enriched with warm, spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves, which give the brew the character of a classic mulled wine.
Aromat: Intense and enveloping - notes of spices, especially cinnamon and cloves, dominate, interspersed with fruity aromas of rowan, chokeberry and berries. A delicate floral note of rose is also perceptible.

The tea is best steeped in water at about 95°C for 8-10 minutes. This will allow the fruits and spices to fully release their deep aroma and warming character. It is best to use about 2 teaspoons of dried tea for a 250 ml cup. For a more intense effect, you can leave the infusion a little longer or prepare it in a larger pitcher for serving together.
