Korea Jeju OP

This wonderful green tea is grown on plantations located on Jeju Island off the coast of South Korea. The yellow-green infusion with a mildly sweet flavor and delicate floral aroma is recommended for any occasion, even the most special. Jeju Island was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List for its unique natural environment. This volcanic island has very good conditions for green tea production - sunshine, medium rainfall and rich and fertile soils. Korean tea producers have been encouraged to choose this volcanic soil, precisely because of the favorable growing conditions. Currently, 23% of Korea's total tea leaf crop comes from Jeju.
