Need a solid boost of natural energy? Yerba Mate de Guarana combines traditional South American yerba mate with guarana—one of the most highly valued natural sources of caffeine. Fruity notes of chokeberry and delicate hints of cornflower and rose petals make this infusion a delight for both the palate and the nose.

This is the perfect blend for people with active lifestyles who want to stay focused and energized for hours on end. The unique appearance of the dried herbs and the harmoniously selected ingredients make every serving a little ritual full of flavor and natural power.

Mate de Guarana This is a unique blend created for those seeking a natural source of energy. It is based on 81% high-quality yerba mate, enriched with dried chokeberry, guarana, cornflower petals, rose petals, and flavoring, which give the infusion a fruity-floral character and a pleasant, harmonious taste.

The addition of guarana, which is naturally rich in caffeine, perfectly complements the properties of yerba mate, providing long-lasting stimulation and supporting concentration. Dried aronia berries add a delicate fruity note with a subtle hint of tartness, while cornflower and rose petals give the blend an elegant appearance and a slightly floral aroma.

Dried appearance: The blend consists of finely chopped, olive-green yerba mate leaves with light-colored pieces of stems. Visible among the dried leaves are dark dried aronia berries, vivid blue cornflower petals, and delicate rose petals in shades of pink and peach.

Dry ingredients: yerba mate 81%, dried chokeberry, guarana 2%, cornflower, rose petals, flavor.

Country of origin: Brazil

Packaging: 400g

Traditional brewing method: Pour the dried herb into the container, filling it to between 1/2 and 3/4 of its volume. Cover the opening with your hand and gently shake it so that the finer particles rise to the top. Then tilt the cup at an angle of about 45°, so that the tea leaves settle on one side. Pour a small amount of lukewarm water into the empty space and wait 1–2 minutes. Place the bombilla in the moistened part of the yerba, then pour water at a temperature of 70–80°C over it. Drink the infusion through the bombilla, adding more water repeatedly until the yerba mate loses its flavor and aroma.

In a mug or teapot
Put 2–3 teaspoons of dried tea leaves into a mug or strainer, pour water at a temperature of 70–80°C over them, and let steep for 5–10 minutes. After steeping, separate the tea leaves from the infusion.

Cold (Tereré)
Pour the yerba mate into a cup or pitcher, fill it with chilled water, and add ice cubes. For a more refreshing flavor, you can enhance the drink with slices of citrus or fresh herbs.

In a French press
Add about 10–15 g of dried tea leaves to 500 ml of water at a temperature of 70–80°C. Steep for 5 minutes, then slowly press down the plunger. This is a convenient way to prepare a larger amount of tea.

Cold Brew
Pour cold water over the dried leaves and let them sit in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours. You’ll end up with a delicate, mild beverage that has a natural stimulating effect and less bitterness.

In a pitcher for several people
Pour 15–20 g of yerba mate into a teapot, add 1 liter of water at a temperature of 70–80°C, and let it steep for about 10 minutes. After straining, the infusion is ready to be served hot or chilled.
