Golden Yunnan originates from the mountainous Yunnan province of China, considered one of the most important birthplaces of tea. Located near the borders with Vietnam, Burma and Laos, the region offers ideal growing conditions - a humid climate, fertile soils and a rich variety of local varieties.
A distinctive feature of this tea is the large number of golden tips - young buds, which give the brew its golden amber color and greater smoothness and aroma. The result is a tea with an intense but elegant character, combining dryness with delicate sweetness. This is one of the most highly regarded renditions of classic black tea.
Taste: Full-bodied, deep and slightly dry, with distinct notes of honey, cocoa and a subtle earthiness. The brew is intense, but well balanced, with a subtle sweetness breaking up its structure. The finish is long, warm and calm.
Aromat: Rich and elegant - perceptible notes of honey, cocoa and light, natural sweetness with an earthy background.
Appearance: A large number of golden tips interspersed with dark leaves can be seen, giving the dryer a distinctive golden-brown appearance. The structure is light, fluffy and very qualitative.

Preparation suggestion: Pour about 2-3 grams of tea per 200 ml of water at 95-100°C and brew for 2-3 minutes. Shorter brewing will emphasize the softness and sweetness, while longer brewing will bring out the more dry and deep character of the brew.
The tea is good for re-brewing - the second infusion will be milder, but will still retain its texture and aroma.
The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.
